Administrative Assistant Job Overview – Midwest Jobs

The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the operations of the company and will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions, including:

  • Coordinate timecard entry with operation managers to ensure entry is complete and accurate
  • Inventory set-up/code, usage, transfers, and month-end reconciliation
  • Accounts payable/receivable invoice verification, coding, and entry
  • Contract and Subcontract administration back up
  • Manage the office supplies
  • Help coordinate and schedule employee meetings
  • Answer phones, filing, and miscellaneous tasks as assigned

This position is full-time. It can be a fast-paced environment during our peak season.
